Give concrete examples to illustrate your answer.
-I was working for Japanese library called Foundation Japan as a stuff. Through one year, I learned the necessity of knowing languages from the members of the society. In Foundation Japan, most stuffs are Brazilian-Japanese people. Therefore, most of them can speak both Portugues and Japanese, or sometimes English, too. Watching them speaking Portugues and Japanese, I thought knowing language is really important. For example, one of the stuffs who work with me to guide the visitors of Kamishibai presentation can speak Japanese and Portugues. Even though she cannot speak Japanese fulently, she could guide the Japanese people who just came to Brazil and visited presentation with their kids. Also, I noticed that when those stuffs can speak the language you know, you can feel more confident. I saw a lot of Japanese people whose face became more relax when the stuffs spoke Japanese. Therefore, the biggest thing I learned from members of Foundation Japan is knowing language makes other people more confident and relax.

Question2: Explain one issue of global importance you have addressed in one of your projects. Mention: (1) what the global issue is, (2) why it is an issue of global importance, (3) how your project provided a contribution to this issue.
- The global issue I considered from working in Foundation Japan is the lack of desire of Japanese young people to learn languages. I saw that many Japanese especially young Japanese people denied to ask questions or talk to Brazilian people in Kamishibai presentation because they are not liking languages. I think this is terrible global issue because nowadays, a lot of industries or companies in Japan take advantage to the other foreign countries but since young people stop learning languages, it would be failed. I am not sure my working in Foundation Japan contribute to prove this problem, but I think that for me, I could see the importance of studying and knowing languages at least.

Question3: How did this activity expose the attributes of a good person? Give concrete examples to illustrate your answer.
-Working as a stuff of Foundation Japan shows the attributions of a good person. For instance, I need to go to the Japanese library one hour before the Kamishibai presentation starts to prepare for the presentation. I have Japanese class from 11:00 to 13:00 every Staurday, but at the day of Kamishibai poresentation, I always go to Foundation Japan around 13:30. It is hard because I don't have enough time to eat lunch, but for the audiences and because I want them to enjoy the presentation in comfortable situation in which the chair is well-cleaned, there is brief information papaer about the day's Kamishibai, etc. I try hard to go as early as possible.

Question4: Identify one aspect of your CAS program you wish to improve in your senior year. Explain how you intend to do so.
-For year book club in which I continue this year, I would like to improve my skill of designing the pages. For example, last year, I created elementary and ECEC opening page. I designed a page with notebook which is written that "Elementary and ECEC". People said the page is pretty, but I didn't like that because it looks unnatural. Therefore, I would like to improve my skill of making natural pictures by collaborating many pictures and letters to make this year's, actually, my last yearbbok lloking nice and perfect.
